The Municipality of Lądek Zdrój is looking for an investor who would like to benefit from the Lądek Zdrój brand, which is well known across Poland, and establish a new tourist and recreation center at an absolutely unique place. The Lądek Zdrój Municipality offers property situated in an particularly scenic area close to the spa part of the town. In the Local Spatial Development Plan, the area is designed for the construction of a winter sports station and several housing premises on large plots. Space for the construction of roads, car parks and a small water reservoir has also been earmarked. The plot on offer covers an area of the former Wrzosówka village and is situated 660-800 meters above the sea level. It spreads over extremely pictorial mountain meadows located in a large forest complex. The view from the plot extends over the Śnieżnik Mountains, the Bialskie Mountains and the Golden Mountains, as well as the Jeseniki range in the Czech Republic. There is no other such place designed for investments in the whole Sudety Mountains region. What is more, the land on offer forms a compact large area offering splendid climate, tourist and landscape properties.

The plots earmarked for housing and recreation purposes are located in the western part of the village. There are several large plots there with an area ranging from 5,000 sq.m. to almost 20,000 sq.m. In line with the provisions of Local Spatial Development Plan, it is not possible to further divide the plots into smaller units. In the future, this will prevent excessive concentration of development and the loss of rural character of Wrzosówka.
In the eastern part of the village, the area earmarked for the provision of sports and tourist services is located. It includes a large plot designated for the provision of sports services with an area of 147,613 meters. This plot located on the slope constitutes a convenient location for the provision of winter sports services. It is earmarked for the construction of ski lifts, ski runs, snowboard chute, toboggan chute or other facilities in line with the concept of a prospective investor.
Four plots earmarked for the provision of tourist services, especially for the construction of a hotel or guesthouses, are situated in the immediate vicinity of the area designated for winter sports services. Their area ranges from 3,000 sq.m. to 10,000 sq.m.
Moreover, plots have been assigned for housing and service purposes. They are situated mainly along the road leading to the future ski lift and in its vicinity.
