The Kielce International Airport, the construction
of which is planned to be completed in 2011, will
be seated in the Morawica Municipality. A special
system that promotes better investor service has
been implemented at the Municipal Council. Moreover,
a friendly climate for the development of entrepreneurship
has been created and plots with a total area exceeding
100ha earmarked for investments in industry have
been prepared, including three attractive sites
within the Starachowice Special Economic Zone.

All investment sites are attractively located
and have a clear legal and ownership status. The
sites can be divided into smaller plots according
to investors' needs. The Morawica Municipality
has adopted a local spatial development plan and
offers to investors real estate tax leaves for
a period of 3, 4 or 5 years.
