OPALENICY

Opalenica - miasto z 60-letnią tradycją, znajdujące się zaledwie 40 km od Poznania i tylko 20 od międzynarodowej trasy E30 - zajmuje wysoką pozycję w rankingu miast atrakcyjnych dla inwestorów. Na ową atrakcyjność ma wpływ wiele czynników. Wśród nich wymienia się m.in. położenie na trasie Poznań-Berlin, znakomite połączenie drogowe i kolejowe, a w przyszłości bezpośrednie gospodarcze oddziaływanie autostrady A2, która ma przebiegać zaledwie 10 km od Opalenicy. Miasto i gmina, korzystając z  już wypracowanych doświadczeń  w zakresie  współpracy z podmiotami gospodarczymi (lokalnymi, krajowymi i zagranicznymi), przygotowały się do współ-działania z przyszłymi inwestorami.
Mamy plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego opracowany profesjonalnie pod kątem przyszłych inwestorów oraz  studium uwarunkowań rozwoju gospodarczego gminy - mówi burmistrz Opalenicy Ryszard Napierała.
Gmina zainteresowana jest inwestycjami. W planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego zarezerwowano ok. 80 ha gruntów.
Tu mogą być zlokalizowane bardzo różne formy działalności - mówi burmistrz - a swoich szans upatrujemy w
różnorodności inwestycji: dużych i mniejszych. Myślę  o przetwórstwie,
usługach, agroturystyce, rekreacji. Na rozwój tych

ostatnich branż wpływ ma na pewno  Ośrodek Doradztwa  w Sielinku.
Choć infrastruktura techniczna jest już przygotowana na przyjęcie nowych inwestorów, to jednak nadal trwają prace nad jej unowocześnieniem i rozbudową.  Obecnie na terenie miasta i gminy Opalenica działa ponad 850 podmiotów różnych branż. Wśród nich tak znane, jak: Cukrownia Opalenica SA - produkcja cukru, Energetyka Poznańska SA - dystrybucja energii elektrycznej, Telefony Opalenica SA - operator sieci telefonicznej, PGKiM "Komopal"
Sp. z o. o. - obsługa urządzeń komunalnych, usługi transportowe, produkcja stolarki budowlanej, ZPC "Hildebrand" s.c. - produkcja wyrobów czekoladowych i cukierniczych, SUP "Roltech" - produkcja i montaż stolarki aluminiowej i PCV, Roudwach
Sp. z o. o. - produkcja kostki brukowej w technologii Vapor.  Opalenica na mapie kraju jest ważnym ośrodkiem przemysłowo-rolniczym. Wszystko jednak wskazuje na to, że przed miastem i gminą otwierają się następne nowe
możliwości rozwoju. Jest szansa na sukces!

A Chance for
OPALENICA

Opalenica, a town with a 60-year history, located barely 40 km from Poznań and 20 km from the international E30 route, ranks high among cities that are attractive to investors. The appeal of the town is due to many factors such as its location along the Poznań- Berlin route, excellent road and rail connections, and, prospectively, the direct economic impact of the A2 highway, which is to run only 10 km away from Opalenica. The city and the municipality, which draw on their experience in the field of cooperation with business entities (local, national and foreign) are prepared to cooperate with prospective investors.
We already have a professional spatial development plan in place, conducted from the point of view of future investors, and a study on the economic development of the municipality, says Ryszard Napierała, the mayor of Opalenica. The municipality is interested in investments. In the spatial development plan ca 80 hectares of land is allocated for investments. Various forms of business activities can be located here,ť says the mayor, and we see our best chances in promoting a diversity of large and small investments. What I have in mind is the food processing industry, services, agritourism and recreation. The development of the latter business sectors is undoubtedly affected by the Agricultural Advice Center in Sielinek.
Although the town's technical infrastructure is already prepared to accept new investors, it is still being modernized and extended. Currently, over 850 business entities, representing various sectors, operate in the town and municipality of Opalenica. The most prominent of these include the Opalenica Sugar Plant, Energetyka Poznańska S.A. (distribution of electric energy), Telefony Opalenica S.A. (telephone network operator), PGKiM KOMOPAL Sp. z o.o. (municipal equipment servicing, transport services, construction joinery manufacturing), ZPC HILDEBRAND S.C. (confectionery plant), SUP ROLTECH (manufacture and assembly of aluminum and PVC  joinery) and ROUWDACH Sp. z o.o. (pitcher manufacturing by means of VAPOR technology). On the map of Poland, Opalenica is an important industrial and agricultural center. However, chances are that new development opportunities will open up for the town and municipality. There are plenty of chances for future success!
