Skierniewice is a county capital located in the northeast part of the Łódź region. It covers an area of 32.9 sq. km. and is inhabited by a
population of almost 50,000.
We are open to all proposals!
Foe decades, Skierniewica has been associated with its Fruit and Floriculture Institute, a horticultural scientific and research
institute, and its director, Prof. Szczepan Pieniążek, a famous pomologyst, as well as the Vegetable Farming Institute.
However, Skierniewice today is an attractive place to invest in. What is
more, companies such as Dutch Ferroxcube, German Veka, French Carrefour, as well as Geant, Autobar Packaging and Zipo have already done so.

- the construction of the A-2 freeway
- modernization of the Warsaw-Łódź express rail line
- use of geothermal waters in heating, recreation and health care.
