Zgodnie z miejscowym ogólnym planem zagospodarowania przestrzennego miasta Jarocin wydzielono dwie strefy działalności inwestycyjnej: strefę wschodnią - położoną na osi planowanej drogi krajowej nr 11 i strefę zachodnią z dostępem do torów kolejowych. Wiele gruntów leży w strefie wielofunkcyjnej o dominacji przemysłu, składów, baz i magazynów. Na bieżąco prowadzony jest wykup gruntów, co umożliwi przygotowanie terenów pod działalność gospodarczą z odpowiednią infrastrukturą m.in. dróg dojazdowych. Strefa przemysłowa Jarocina to tereny położone w obrębie Bogusławia z przeznaczeniem na lokalizację zakładów produkcyjnych.

Jarocin is a town with a population of 30,000 covering an area of 200 sq. km., located in the central Wielkopolska region at the crossing of major roads and rail routes running from Poznań to Łódź and Katowice, and to Leszno and Wrocław (such as route no.11).

According to the Spatial Development Plan for Jarocin, two investment zones have been earmarked in the city; the Eastern Zone, located on the axis of the planned national route no. 11, and the Western Zone, which has access to rail lines. A number of attractive sites are located in the development zone, where industrial production facilities, storehouses and warehouses will dominate. Currently, the town is conducting the sale of plots of land, which will facilitate the preparation of plots for business activities and equipping them with appropriate infrastructure, such as access roads.
Plots of land located in the Bogusław area and earmarked for the establishment of manufacturing plants constitute the industrial zone in Jarocin.
